FINDING YOUR
SIZE
To determine
your size, we've got individual size charts on each item to ensure
a more accurate fit.
Before placing an
order, you should take your precise bodily measurements
E.g: bust, waist and
hips (i.e. actual size with no allowance).
Bust : The
fullest part of the bust (NOT your bra size)
Waist : The
smallest part of your waistline. If you prefer to wear your
skirt/pants low rise, measure slightly
lower than your natural waist.
Hips :
The fullest part of your hips when you stand with your heels together
With your precise
measurements, simply compare against the measurements
of the item you are
interested in to see which you fit into.
Our sizes refer to
your
actual measurements. Allowances for
freedom of movement
would already be
accounted for.
E.g. If you want to get
a blouse and have the following measurements:
bust: 36", waist: 29", you should opt for the size
that specifies
bust / bust(up to) : 36" and waist / waist(up
to): 29"
Allowances would be accounted for on our end i.e. actual garment
may
measure 38" around the bust and 30" around the waist
HOW TO ORDER
Simply add to cart the items you want. Selection for size and
color will
be offered when items are
placed in the cart.

Orders are
now shipped via Normal Airmail as
we've received feedback that
it is
inconvenient to have to sign for it. Please request (at
checkout) for *Registered mail
if you prefer it.
*Registered mail allows you to
track your order
with your local post office if you do
not receive your package.
You will need to be available to sign for your package
Most premade orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours via
Airmail.
If an item has to be custom made, it will take roughly 5 days
before it
is shipped out.
We will inform you
if any item ordered is on backorder.
As we are based in Singapore, items to the US and UK will take
roughly 10-14
business days (depending on the state) while orders to Asia and
Australia,
roughly 5 business days (excludes Sat, Sun and national
holidays).
Alternatively,
courier services are available if
you need items in a hurry (2-4 business days
subject to custom clearance . We can send items
off via Speedpost, UPS or DHL.
Charges are $35 and above, based on weight and the courier
company.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER IS CORRECT
If an item is returned to us by the Postal Service due to an
incorrect/non-existent
address given or unclaimed package, you can opt to have us :
- resend it to you but with the shipping charges as above
- issue a refund for the items purchased minus the shipping
fees from
the first time round
DEPICTION OF PRODUCTS
We do our best to display the products as
accurately as possible. You will find
that we usually also provide a close up view of our items to
assist you as these
tend to be more accurate. Please note however that there
may be times when
the colors will vary slightly due to photography or your computer
monitor.
RETURN POLICY
We take pride in our items. If you are dissatisfied
with your purchase,
simply email us and return the item within 30 days from your
order and we will assist you with
a prompt refund. Sorry but we cannot accept refunds on
sale items and those under
our `specials' feature.
Please note that
shipping fees are non-refundable.
